The Nextbase 422GW Dashcam allows Voice call and message on the move with Alexa built-in. Use Alexa to play music, find parking, control smart home devices and talk directly to your Dash Cam. Emergency SOS is also included and it alerts the emergency services to your location in the event of an accident. Intelligent Parking Mode records any bump or physical movement on the vehicle when parked. The 422GW is also compatible with the new Nextbase Camera Modules allowing you to Personalise your Dash Cam and choose one of 3 different modules from rear camera views, Cabin or Rear Window view
In the event of an incident where the driver is unresponsive, Nextbase Emergency SOS can alert the emergency services of your location and other details. Ensuring emergency services assistance can respond quickly in a circumstance where they may not have been contacted for some time. When an incident is detected the Emergency SOS system will go through an anti-false positive master process. If this master process completes the phone enters a ‘beacon’ mode, where if the phone remains still or is unanswered, then the emergency alert is sent. The emergency alert that is sent to the integrator and emergency services includes GPS location and heading as standard, but also other personal details such as medical history, blood type and allergies. To access this service you will simply need a smartphone with Bluetooth (4.0 +), a subscription to the service via the MyNextbase Connect App (free for 12 months) and a Nextbase 322GW model or above. Requires compatible smartphone and country availability. Payable subscription required in year 2+ Subscription to the MyNextbase Emergency SOS service will be immediately available to any customer using the MyNextbase Connect mobile application in any one of the following countries: Belgium, Canada, Finland France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom and the United States. Please note that although you may subscribe in one of the countries listed above, you will only be able to use the MyNextbase Emergency SOS service in any one of the following countries Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and United States. The MyNextbase Emergency SOS service is designed to alert the emergency services in situations where the user has been involved in an accident which renders them incapable of alerting the emergency services themselves. The service will not alert the emergency service of all accidents – for example, low-speed accidents will not be notified to the emergency services, nor will accidents after which the alert notification process is cancelled before the emergency services are alerted (for example where the user cancels the alert because they are not incapacitated following the accident). Users must immediately cancel the automatic alert process if they are not incapacitated following an accident or if for any reason the emergency services are not required following the relevant accident. The automatic alert process can be stopped or overridden at any time prior to the emergency services being notified of the relevant accident. The MyNextbase Emergency SOS service is not a guaranteed service and is dependent and reliant on a number of factors (e.g. service may be affected or unavailable if mobile device and/or dashcams is damaged in an accident) and 9 (e.g. having location services turned on). Where these requirements are not met, the MyNextbase Emergency SOS service will NOT work.

Delivery Terms for Appliances and Old Appliance Removal
If you purchase a washing machine or any other appliance and request the removal of your old appliance, please specify this in the comment section at checkout. Ensure that your old appliance is disconnected and placed outside the premises, ready for collection.
Please note that our drivers can only deliver to your doorstep and are not permitted to enter your property.

Damaged and Faulty Goods
If your goods are damaged or faulty, we will replace the goods free of charge. If you do not want a replacement, delivery charges may be incurred to collect the item from you. Do not install any damaged items. This counts as acceptance of goods and the item is then non-returnable and non-refundable. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, please contact us by emailing websales@beattys.ie or by phone on (091) 841403. In the event that goods are received in a damaged state please retain the product together with any packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. In the case of an item being faulty we may require an inspection by a manufacturer's qualified engineer to be carried out on the item in the location where it is installed. This is so the nature of the fault can be ascertained before we can arrange for a replacement.
All products leave our premises in perfect condition. The customer must notify the carrier (or postman) of even the slightest trace of damage (holes, signs of crushing, etc.) to the parcel, and refuse the package if necessary.
Unwanted Goods
Do not install or use any unwanted items. This counts as acceptance of goods and the item is then non-returnable and non-refundable. You have a statutory right to return unopened goods up to 14 days after receiving your order (“the cooling off period”) and then a further 14 days to return the products. If you are not ordering a replacement, a charge may be incurred to collect the item from you. You must notify us of your wish to cancel within 14 days, starting the day after delivery. You have the choice of returning the goods via your own means ( Beattys of Loughrea, Church Street, Loughrea, Co. Galway) or requesting that we collect them. If you request collection, we will collect the goods on the next available date that one of our delivery vehicles is in your area. You have a duty of care while the goods are in your possession and we reserve the right to charge you for any damage that may have occurred during this period.
We reserve the right to apply re-handling charges for returned items under some circumstances:
- The goods received back are 'as new' but incomplete; i.e. missing components and/or accessories.
- The returned products are missing their original packaging.
- The cancellation was requested after the 14 day notification period.
We do not accept returns and will not provide refunds under the following circumstances:
- The goods you wish to return are in any condition other than 'as new'.
- The goods have been installed and/or used.
- Cables have been cut or terminated.
Refunds will be reimbursed within 30 working days of the cancellation date.
