Returns Procedure

Thank you for shopping at Beattys.ie. We understand that there may be times when you need to return a product. Below, we've outlined our return policy for items purchased online in the last 14 days.

 

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please click on this link. This link will take you to our returns portal where you can start the return process.

Eligibility for Returns:

Change of Mind: If you have had a change of mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return the product. Please note that a €6.99 fee will apply for change of mind returns, and items must be in their original packaging.

Packaging for Return: Ensure that items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Items must be returned either in their original cardboard boxes (if they were sent with them) or in sufficient packaging to protect them.

Bulky Items: For bulky items or special handling, please contact our web sales team at websales@beattys.ie.

Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Returns Procedure

Click here. Please note that this service is exclusively available within the Republic of Ireland.

  1. Select "Michael Beatty & Company Ltd" from the list of participating retailers.
  2. Choose the reason for returning your item from the second drop-down list.
  3. Enter your order number (WEB number) for reference. For instance, if your order number is #12345, input it here.
  4. Click "Continue."
  5. Now, select your preferred method for returning the item. You can either drop it off at a designated location or schedule a Home Collection on a specific date.
  6. Click "Continue" to proceed.
  7. Provide your contact details as required and make sure to check the box indicating your acceptance of An Post's terms and conditions.
  8. Complete the transaction.

You have two options for handing in your return:

Option 1: Take your package to your local Post Office.

Option 2: If you've chosen Home Collection, wait for your local An Post driver to collect your package.
