Ordering & Delivery

• What countries do you ship to? We deliver nationwide across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland at our standard rates. We also ship to the following European countries for a flat rate of €20 (for standard products under 20kg):

  • Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

  • To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

• How much does delivery cost? Standard delivery is free for orders over €100 (excluding bulky items) across Ireland and Northern Ireland. For orders under €100, a standard fee of €6.99 applies. Local delivery within 20km of Loughrea is available for €5.99 on orders over €20.

• How long will my order take to arrive? Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Larger appliances or bulky goods generally take between 5 and 14 business days.

• Do you deliver large appliances and take away the old ones? Yes, we deliver "white goods" like washing machines and fridges. If you need your old appliance recycled, just mention it in the comments at checkout. Please ensure the old unit is disconnected and outside your door, as drivers are only permitted to deliver to the doorstep.

Click & Collect

• How does Click & Collect work? It’s a free service. Order online and wait for a confirmation text or email. Once you receive the "Ready for Collection" message, you can head to the store.

• Where do I go to collect my order? Most online orders are collected from our Main Street/Church Street store. However, bulky building materials or tool hire are usually handled at Station Road. Check your confirmation message for your specific collection point.

Returns & Refunds

• What is your return policy? You have 14 days from receiving your goods to notify us of a return and another 14 days to get them back to us. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• How long will it take to receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s) back.

• What if my item arrives damaged? Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please email websales@beattys.ie with your order number and photos of the damage.

Payment Options

• Do you offer "Buy Now, Pay Later"? Yes, we offer two ways to spread the cost:

  1. Klarna: Split your purchase into smaller payments. See our Klarna Information Page for details.

  2. humm: Spread the cost for purchases between €80 and €499.99.

Store Information

• What are your opening hours? We are open Monday to Saturday (Closed Sundays & Bank Holidays).

  • Main Street / Church Street: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (Open through lunch).

  • Station Road: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (Closed for lunch 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm).
