A 43-inch 4K television that fits a smaller sitting room, a bedroom or a busy kitchen without taking over the wall. The Mini LED backlight is the part that matters: instead of one sheet of light behind the panel, it uses far smaller LEDs in more zones, so a bright scene stays punchy while the dark parts of the same picture keep their depth. On a standard LED set those two things fight each other.
Dynamic QNED colour handles the rest, and the Alpha 7 AI Processor 4K Gen9 upscales older programmes and standard-definition channels so they hold up on a 4K screen rather than looking soft.
It runs webOS 26 with the AI Magic Remote - the point-and-click one - so the RTE Player, the streaming apps and live channels are all a click away rather than buried in menus.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is 43 inches big enough for a sitting room?
At a viewing distance of roughly 1.5 to 2 metres, 43" is a comfortable size for 4K - close enough that you see the detail, far enough that you are not scanning the screen. If you sit back further than that, a larger set will suit you better.
What is Mini LED, and is it worth it over an ordinary LED TV?
A standard LED TV lights the whole panel from a small number of LEDs. Mini LED uses much smaller ones in more zones, so the set can keep one part of the picture bright while another stays genuinely dark. You notice it most on night scenes and on anything with bright highlights against a dark background.
Can I wall-mount it?
Yes. It uses the standard 300 x 200mm VESA pattern and weighs 6.4kg without the stand, so most fixed or tilting brackets will take it. The bracket is not included.
Is it any good for gaming?
For casual and console play, yes - it supports VRR up to 60Hz and ALLM, has Game Optimizer, and carries the LG Gaming Portal for cloud gaming. It is a 60Hz panel, so if you specifically want 120Hz for a PS5 or Series X at high frame rates, this is not that TV.
What comes in the box?
The TV, the AI Magic Remote with batteries, the stand and its fixing screws, the power cable and the user manual. A wall bracket is not included.
What does the F energy rating mean?
Televisions are rated on a scale from A to G. This one is rated F for standard content and G for HDR content, which is typical for a Mini LED set of this size - the backlight that gives you the contrast also draws more power than a basic panel.

RETURNS
Damaged and Faulty Goods
If your goods are damaged or faulty, we will replace the goods free of charge. If you do not want a replacement, delivery charges may be incurred to collect the item from you. Do not install any damaged items. This counts as acceptance of goods and the item is then non-returnable and non-refundable. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, please contact us by emailing websales@beattys.ie or by phone on (091) 841403. In the event that goods are received in a damaged state please retain the product together with any packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. In the case of an item being faulty we may require an inspection by a manufacturer's qualified engineer to be carried out on the item in the location where it is installed. This is so the nature of the fault can be ascertained before we can arrange for a replacement.
All products leave our premises in perfect condition. The customer must notify the carrier (or postman) of even the slightest trace of damage (holes, signs of crushing, etc.) to the parcel, and refuse the package if necessary.
Unwanted Goods
Do not install or use any unwanted items. This counts as acceptance of goods and the item is then non-returnable and non-refundable. You have a statutory right to return unopened goods up to 14 days after receiving your order (“the cooling off period”) and you have a further 14 days to return the goods. If you are not ordering a replacement, a charge may be incurred to collect the item from you. You must notify us of your wish to cancel within 14 days, starting the day after delivery. You have the choice of returning the goods via your own means ( Beattys of Loughrea, Church Street, Loughrea, Co. Galway) or requesting that we collect them. If you request collection, we will collect the goods on the next available date that one of our delivery vehicles is in your area. You have a duty of care while the goods are in your possession and we reserve the right to charge you for any damage that may have occurred during this period.
We reserve the right to apply re-handling charges for returned items under some circumstances:
- The goods received back are 'as new' but incomplete; i.e. missing components and/or accessories.
- The returned products are missing their original packaging.
- The cancellation was requested after the 14 day notification period.
We do not accept returns and will not provide refunds under the following circumstances:
- The goods you wish to return are in any condition other than 'as new'.
- The goods have been installed and/or used.
- Cables have been cut or terminated.
Refunds will be reimbursed within 30 working days of the cancellation date.
