Our nationwide delivery service is available for white goods and large appliances across Ireland. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.
Delivery Method
- Nationwide white goods deliveries are carried out by external courier partners
- Courier deliveries are kerbside / doorstep only
- Couriers are not permitted to enter your home and delivery will take place outside your house, or outside the apartment block if you live in an apartment
Delivery Timeframes
- Nationwide delivery typically takes 5–10 working days
- If old appliance collection is requested, delivery times may extend to up to 14 working days
Delivery Notification
You will receive a call or text either the evening before or the morning of your delivery to let you know your order is on the way.
Old Appliance Collection – Nationwide Delivery
If you would like your old appliance collected at the same time as your new appliance is delivered, it must be fully disconnected and placed outside the premises, ready for collection.
When checking out, you must clearly state in the comments section:
“Please collect my old appliance.”
Failure to include this may result in your old appliance not being collected and may cause delivery delays.
Most white goods are delivered on a pallet. We regret that we’re unable to collect the empty pallet after delivery, and kindly ask that you make arrangements for its disposal. Thank you for your understanding.
