Local Delivery Area
Local delivery is available within a 20km straight-line radius from our store.
Delivery Timeframes
- Local delivery typically takes 3–5 working days
- Delivery times may vary depending on driver routes and how rural your location is
- All local deliveries are carried out by our own Beattys drivers
Delivery Method
- Delivery is kerbside / doorstep only
- Drivers are not permitted to enter your home
- Delivery will take place outside your house, or outside the apartment block if you live in an apartment
Delivery Notification
You will receive a call or text either the evening before or the morning of your delivery to let you know your order is on the way.
Old Appliance Collection – Local Delivery
If you would like your old appliance collected at the same time as your new appliance is delivered, it must be fully disconnected and placed outside the premises, ready for collection.
When checking out, you must clearly state in the comments section:
“Please collect my old appliance.”
Failure to include this may result in your old appliance not being collected.
Most white goods are delivered on a pallet. We regret that we’re unable to collect the empty pallet after delivery, and kindly ask that you make arrangements for its disposal. Thank you for your understanding.
