Removal of Old Appliances

When ordering white goods (washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers), you must specify if you need your old appliance removed in the comments section at checkout.

How to Specify Removal

1. Add your new appliance to the cart.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. State that you need the old appliance removed in the comments section.

Why This Is Important Specifying removal at checkout ensures smooth service. Failure to do so may cause delays or extra charges.

Additional Information

• Request collection at the time of ordering or email websales@beattys.ie if you forgot.
• Orders with appliance collection may take 10–14 working days for delivery.
• Old appliances must be disconnected and placed outside for collection.
• Our couriers operate a doorstep delivery only service and are not permitted to enter your home or premises.
• You will receive a call or text on the delivery day with an estimated time.
