Tribe Madrid 2 Infrared Sauna, 2 Person
A square 1200 × 1200mm cabin with five ceramic heaters — room for two, and the only square footprint in the range. Infrared saunas warm your body directly rather than heating the air around you, so the cabin runs at a much lower temperature than a traditional sauna — 30 - 65°C against 65 to 80°C — and it is ready in 20 to 30 minutes.
Heat comes from five ceramic tube heaters, giving Mid & Far Infrared. The interior is Canadian Hemlock, chosen for sauna building because it is low in resin, mild in scent and stays comfortable to touch at temperature.
It runs from a standard 3-pin plug. There is no hardwiring and no electrician needed — plug it into a wall socket rather than an extension lead and it is ready to use. A single digital panel handles the heat, the 7-colour LED lighting and the FM/Bluetooth audio.

How long does it take to heat up?
20 to 30 minutes. Infrared cabins warm the body rather than the air, so they are ready far sooner than a traditional sauna.
How is this different from a traditional sauna?
An infrared cabin runs at 30 to 65°C and warms you directly; a traditional sauna heats the air to 65 to 80°C with a stove and stones, takes 30 to 40 minutes to come up, and has to be wired in by an electrician.
