Tribe Lisbon 2 Traditional Sauna, 1-2 Person (Installation Required)
The compact Lisbon: a full Finnish sauna with a Harvia stove on a 1200 × 1050mm footprint. This is the real thing: a Harvia electric stove topped with natural stones, heating the air to between 65 and 80°C. Ladle water over the stones and the cabin fills with the burst of steam — the löyly — that a Finnish sauna is built around.
The interior is Canadian Hemlock, low in resin and mild in scent, and it comes complete with the traditional accessories: bucket, ladle, thermometer and sandglass. Soft dual-lamp lighting keeps the cabin calm rather than clinical. It reaches temperature in 30 to 40 minutes.
This is a mains-wired stove rather than a plug-in unit. The electrical connection is not included and must be carried out by a registered electrician. In Ireland, running a new circuit for it is Restricted Electrical Work: it has to be done by a Registered Electrical Contractor under the Safe Electric scheme, who will issue you a Completion Certificate for the work.
