Some scents are fresh and some are warm, and this is firmly the second kind. Amber Sandalwood pairs the soft, creamy wood of sandalwood with the resinous sweetness of amber — the sort of fragrance that makes a room feel settled rather than just clean. It's a winter-evening, lamps-on, curtains-drawn scent.
At 500ml it's the largest bottle in the Newgrange Living diffuser range, five times the capacity of the standard 100ml, and sized for a space a small diffuser would be lost in — a hallway, a stairwell, a long open-plan living room. The bottle itself is substantial enough to sit well on a console or sideboard.
