Faithfull Adjustable Support Props 1600-2900mm, Pack of 2
An extra pair of hands for overhead work. You push a plasterboard sheet up against the joists, wedge a prop under each end, and both hands are free to screw or nail it off. Two props are supplied, which is what the job needs — one at each end of a board.
Each prop adjusts from 1600mm to 2900mm, so it covers standard ceiling heights and a good way beyond. Both ends have swivel plastic feet that tilt to sit flat on a sloping or uneven floor and grip rather than skid. They pack down into the storage bag supplied.
These are lightweight temporary supports, not structural props. The maximum load is 60kg vertical, or 20kg at 45 degrees. They are made to hold a board or a sheet in position for as long as it takes to fix it. They must not be confused with heavyweight acrow-style props, which are a different class of equipment designed to carry heavy loads over extended periods. Do not use these to support a structure.

How much will they hold?
60kg loaded vertically, and 20kg when set at 45 degrees. That is enough for plasterboard and sheet materials during fixing, and nothing beyond that.
What ceiling heights do they cover?
