Dog Man The Hot Dog Card Game in a Tin
Dog Man loves a hot dog, and in this fast little card game so does everybody else. Players race to collect the most hot dogs from the table — until Petey turns up, at which point every hot dog promptly goes into hiding and the round turns on its head. It is a game of quick decisions and quicker grabs, and it rarely lasts long enough for anyone to get bored.
The whole thing lives in a hot dog-shaped collectable tin, which is half the appeal. 64 cards and the instructions drop straight back in, the lid goes on, and it fits in a coat pocket, a schoolbag or a glovebox. That makes it a genuinely good game for a car journey, a waiting room or a café table.
University Games recommend it for ages 5 and over, playing with 2 to 4 players. The artwork comes straight from Dav Pilkey's Dog Man books, so a child who already knows Dog Man, Petey and the Supa Buddies will recognise everyone on sight.

Frequently Asked Questions
What age is this game for?
University Games recommend it for ages 5 and over.
How is this different to the Dog Man board game?
They are two separate games. This one is a card game — 64 cards in a hot dog tin, 2 to 4 players, ages 5 and up. The other is Dog Man Attack of the Fleas Board Game, a full co-operative board game with a board, playing pieces and a spinner for 2 to 6 players, ages 6 and up.
How many can play?
2 to 4 players.
Do you need to have read the books?
No. The game stands on its own, though children who know the books get an extra kick out of recognising the characters on the cards.
