De Vielle 1500W Portable PTC Heater with Remote
A small heater, and deliberately so. At 176mm square, 235mm tall and 1.5kg it sits on a desk, a bedside table or the end of a worktop and warms the space around you. It will not heat a full sitting room, and is not built to.
What it does do is get warm fast. The 1500W runs through a PTC ceramic element, which reaches temperature in seconds rather than minutes. A PTC element also limits its own heat — its resistance rises as it warms, so it levels off instead of climbing. There is no glowing wire behind the grille, which counts for something on a heater sitting an arm's length away.
There are two outputs, 750W and 1500W, across three modes: High, Low and Eco. An adjustable thermostat holds the temperature instead of running flat out, and oscillation sweeps the heat across the room rather than at one spot on your shins.
It is operated from a touch panel with an LED display or the supplied remote, and there is a 12-hour timer for scheduling. On safety it has a child lock, overheat protection, a tip-over switch that cuts the power if it is knocked, and a 24-hour auto shut-off.

Will it heat a whole room?
It is a compact table heater, 176mm square, so it warms the space around you — a desk, a bedside, a small box room. For a full sitting room you want something larger, and we have those too.
What does PTC mean?
The ceramic element's resistance rises as it gets hotter, so it limits its own temperature instead of climbing. That makes it fast to heat, efficient, and safer than an exposed wire element.
Does it oscillate?
Yes. It sweeps side to side so the warm air is spread across the room rather than aimed at one spot.
Is there a remote?
Yes, a remote control is supplied, and the heater also has a touch panel with an LED display on the top.
What happens if it gets knocked over?
A tip-over switch cuts the power. It also has overheat protection, a child lock and a 24-hour auto shut-off.
Can I set it to come on and go off?
