Stellar Eclipse 26cm Non-Stick Frying Pan, Tri-Ply
This is the pan you'll find yourself reaching for every single morning. At 26cm it's a proper family size — a full fry, four chicken fillets, a pan of onions and peppers with room to move them around instead of steaming them into a heap.
What makes it different is the build: tri-ply construction, a layer of aluminium sandwiched between two layers of steel, right up the sides as well as across the base. It heats fast, holds that heat steadily, and cooks evenly edge to edge rather than burning in a ring over the flame. Inside is Stellar's triple-layer non-stick, PFOA-free, so eggs and fish come away cleanly, and there's a curved pouring rim for tipping pan juices out without a dribble down the side.
Brushed stainless outside, a riveted polished steel handle, oven safe to 240°C, and a Stellar Lifetime Guarantee with ten years on the non-stick.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does tri-ply actually mean?
The pan is built from three bonded layers — stainless steel, then aluminium, then stainless steel again — running through the base and up the sides. The aluminium spreads heat evenly, the steel gives strength and works on induction.
Will it work on an induction hob?
Yes. It suits gas, halogen, ceramic, solid plate and induction hobs.
Can it go in the oven?
Yes, up to 240°C — so you can start something on the hob and finish it in the oven in the one pan.
How should I clean it?
It is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended and will noticeably extend the life of the non-stick. Let it cool before it meets water, and use soft or silicone utensils rather than metal.
What does the guarantee cover?
The Stellar Lifetime Guarantee on the pan, plus a 10-year guarantee on the non-stick coating, once registered with Stellar.
