Stellar 7000 Profile 24cm Non-Stick Saute Pan with Lid
A sauté pan is the one that ends up living on the hob. Straight sides and a wide, flat base mean you can brown meat properly, soften onions without them tumbling over the edge, and finish a sauce in the same pan — chicken and chorizo one night, a curry base the next. The lid is included, so it doubles as the pan you leave to simmer.
The Stellar 7000 Profile range is built from 18/10 stainless steel with a high conductivity base, so heat spreads evenly instead of catching in one hot spot. Inside, a triple-layer, PFOA free non-stick coating handles the sticky jobs, and internal measuring guides save you reaching for a jug.
Strong cast steel handles with a polished finish keep it steady on the hob, and it moves straight from hob to oven — oven safe to 240°C, suitable for all hob types including induction, and dishwasher safe. Stellar back it with a Lifetime Guarantee and a 10-year non-stick warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does it come with a lid?
Yes — the lid is included, so the pan is ready for simmering and braising as well as frying and browning.
Will it work on an induction hob?
Yes. The Stellar 7000 Profile range is induction suitable, and also works on gas, halogen, ceramic and solid plate hobs.
Can it go in the oven?
Yes, the pan is oven safe up to 240°C, so you can brown on the hob and finish the dish in the oven.
How should I look after the non-stick?
It is dishwasher safe, but hand washing with warm soapy water and a soft cloth is gentler and will keep the coating performing for longer. Wooden, silicone or plastic utensils are kinder to it than metal ones.
Is there a larger pan in the same range?
Yes — the Stellar 7000 Profile 28cm Non-Stick Sauteuse Pan with Lid is the wider, 2.5L version, also supplied with a lid.
