Hasbro Bop It! Electronic Game Mat
This is Bop It! taken off the sofa and put on the floor. Instead of a handheld unit you twist and pull, this version is an electronic mat you play with your feet – the game calls out the moves and you have to switch, slide, stomp and bop them out on the mat, faster and faster, without losing the pattern.
Switch it on, hit start, listen, and go. The sequence keeps building, and so does the score, until somebody puts a foot wrong. It is the same brain-and-reflex test Bop It! has always been, just with the whole body involved instead of two hands.
Hasbro rates it for ages 8 and up. One player can chase their own high score all evening, and if you have more than one mat you can set them side by side and run a proper tournament. It runs on 2 x AA batteries, which are not included.

Frequently Asked Questions
What age is the Bop It! Electronic Game Mat for?
Hasbro recommends it for ages 8 years and up.
Is this the handheld Bop It! or something different?
It is different. The classic Bop It! is a handheld unit you twist, pull and bop with your hands. This is a floor mat you stand on and play with your feet, switching, sliding, stomping and bopping out the patterns the game calls.
How many people can play?
One player can play on a single mat and chase their own high score. If you have more than one mat you can put them side by side and play head to head.
Does it need batteries?
Yes, it takes 2 x AA batteries. They are not included, so pick up a pack if it is going straight into a gift.
Does it need much space?
It is played standing on the mat with your feet, so you want a clear bit of floor around it and nothing breakable within reach.
