Stellar Zero 24cm Uncoated Frying Pan
The Zero range does something clever: it gets you a releasing cooking surface with no coating on it whatsoever. The stainless steel is finished with an ultra-fine precision etched technology rather than a sprayed-on layer — so there's nothing to scratch, flake or wear out, and metal utensils are entirely welcome.
At 24cm it's the pan most kitchens reach for most often — a couple of chicken fillets, a pan of mushrooms, an omelette for two. The tri-ply construction, a lamination of steel, aluminium and steel, carries heat evenly through the base and up the sides, so nothing catches in one spot while the rest waits.
It's 100% pure uncoated stainless steel, completely free from coatings, PFAS and PTFE, induction ready, oven safe to 240°C and dishwasher safe, with Stellar's 25 year guarantee behind it.
