Portable handheld pressure washer for cleaning without a power or water connection
The RCA 20 is a battery-powered portable handheld pressure washer from STIHL. Compact and powered by the 10.8 volt AS 2 battery, it packs plenty of power to get small cleaning jobs either at home or out and about.
The RCA 20 comes fitted with a 4-in-1 multi nozzle which can be quickly changed between rotary, fan-jet, narrow jet and watering modes. It also comes with a spray lance extension, detergent spray set, plus a 5-metre suction hose with filter and a 20 litre water container bag for use when away from a water source. These accessories can all be stored in the carry bag which comes with the pressure washer as standard.
With a maximum pressure of 24 bar and a low weight of only 1.5 kg, the RCA 20 is effortless to use – just plug the battery in to the tool, connect a hose or suction filter to the RCA 20 and away you go! You aren’t reliant on a power connection either - the RCA 20 is a portable device that can be used anywhere from a campsite to a bike trail, or in your garden to clean furniture, patios, barbeques and play equipment. To use it away from a direct water connection, simply attach the suction hose to the RCA 20 and place it in a water container or the supplied water container bag. The RCA 20 has a screen which shows the current charge level of the tool and can be switched to ECO mode at the touch of a button if you need less cleaning power.

Features
Water Transport Container
FOR UNRESTRICTED WORK. The water transport container can be used as the water supply if there is no water connection available. It holds up to 20 litres of water and can be sealed watertight for transport by car.
Constant Power
When using other brands of battery tools, the performance can sometimes decrease during work as the battery discharges. This isn't the case with STIHL battery-powered tools. Thanks to the intelligent electronics, your tool will work with consistently high power across the entire battery charge, until there is no energy left in the battery.
4-In-1 Nozzle
SWITCH MODE WITH EASE. With the 4-in-1 nozzle, you can quickly switch between different modes for different applications. Simply turn the 4-in-1 nozzle to switch between fan-jet nozzle, rotary nozzle, narrow jet nozzle and watering nozzle depending on the cleaning task.
Cleaning Agent Spray Set
FOR LOOSENING STUBBORN DIRT. The spray set for detergent is used to supply cleaning agent to the nozzle of your tool. You just need to attach the spray set supplied with your pressure washer to the spray lance.
Spray Lance Extension
FLEXIBLE LENGTH. With the practical spray lance extension, the power tool's range can be adapted to the task. This allows you to carry out cleaning tasks more comfortably.
Suction Hoses with Filter
FOR DIFFERENT WATER SOURCES. With the 5 m long suction hose, the machine can suck water from various water sources, such as water butts or buckets. The water filter integrated in the hose protects the power tool from dirt. In addition, the suction hose can also be used as an extension of the garden hose for connection to the power tool.
Power Levels
PERFORMANCE SUITABLE FOR THE TASK. You can set 2 different power levels on the handle. Level 1 is Eco mode, which has reduced power to extend the battery life. Level 2 allows you to use the full power of the tool.

If you purchase a washing machine or any other appliance and request the removal of your old appliance, please specify this in the comment section at checkout. Ensure that your old appliance is disconnected and placed outside the premises, ready for collection.

Damaged and Faulty Goods
If your goods are damaged or faulty, we will replace the goods free of charge. If you do not want a replacement, delivery charges may be incurred to collect the item from you. Do not install any damaged items. This counts as acceptance of goods and the item is then non-returnable and non-refundable. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, please contact us by emailing websales@beattys.ie or by phone on (091) 841403. In the event that goods are received in a damaged state please retain the product together with any packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. In the case of an item being faulty we may require an inspection by a manufacturer's qualified engineer to be carried out on the item in the location where it is installed. This is so the nature of the fault can be ascertained before we can arrange for a replacement.
All products leave our premises in perfect condition. The customer must notify the carrier (or postman) of even the slightest trace of damage (holes, signs of crushing, etc.) to the parcel, and refuse the package if necessary.
Unwanted Goods
Do not install or use any unwanted items. This counts as acceptance of goods and the item is then non-returnable and non-refundable. You have a statutory right to return unopened goods up to 14 days after receiving your order (“the cooling off period”) and then a further 14 days to return the products. If you are not ordering a replacement, a charge may be incurred to collect the item from you. You must notify us of your wish to cancel within 14 days, starting the day after delivery. You have the choice of returning the goods via your own means ( Beattys of Loughrea, Church Street, Loughrea, Co. Galway) or requesting that we collect them. If you request collection, we will collect the goods on the next available date that one of our delivery vehicles is in your area. You have a duty of care while the goods are in your possession and we reserve the right to charge you for any damage that may have occurred during this period.
We reserve the right to apply re-handling charges for returned items under some circumstances:
- The goods received back are 'as new' but incomplete; i.e. missing components and/or accessories.
- The returned products are missing their original packaging.
- The cancellation was requested after the 14 day notification period.
We do not accept returns and will not provide refunds under the following circumstances:
- The goods you wish to return are in any condition other than 'as new'.
- The goods have been installed and/or used.
- Cables have been cut or terminated.
Refunds will be reimbursed within 30 working days of the cancellation date.
