A wire-free door chime that plugs straight into a 13A socket — no cabling, no chasing walls, no drilling through a door frame. Put it where you will actually hear it: the hall, the kitchen, the top of the stairs. The range is up to 200m, so it will still ring if you are out at the back shed.
It earns the socket it occupies by charging as well as ringing. There is a USB-A and a USB-C socket on the front and a shelf that holds a phone while it charges — so the unit does the job of a charging point and a doorbell at once. Thirty chime melodies, 90dB(A) output with volume control, and a flashing blue alert for anyone who might miss the sound.

Do I need an electrician?
No. The chime plugs into an ordinary 13A socket and the push is wire-free, so there is nothing to wire in and nothing to cut into a wall.
How far will it reach?
Up to 200m. That figure is the open range — thick stone walls and steel will cut it down, so site the chime where the signal has the fewest walls to cross.
Can I charge a phone and hear the bell at the same time?
Yes. The USB-A and USB-C sockets work independently of the chime, and the shelf is there to take the weight of the phone while it charges.
Is it loud enough to hear upstairs?
It puts out 90dB(A) at full volume, which is loud, and there is a volume control to bring it down. There is also a flashing blue alert on the unit itself.
