Taylor's Eye Witness Lemon Press
Fresh lemon juice makes all the difference — whether you're finishing a plate of fish and chips, brightening a salad dressing, or squeezing one last hit of citrus into a gin and tonic. This lemon press from Taylor's Eye Witness, the Sheffield maker with roots stretching back to 1838, is built to get every drop out without the mess or the pips.
Its sturdy aluminium construction and hinged, elbow-action design mean you simply drop half a lemon in, cut-side down, and squeeze — the shape of the press does the rest, pushing juice through while holding pips and pith back.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lemon press made from?
It's made from durable aluminium, built to handle the pressure of squeezing fresh lemons again and again.
Will it stop pips getting into my juice?
Yes — the press is shaped to hold back pips and larger pieces of pith while letting the juice through.
Can I use it for other citrus fruits?
It's designed specifically for lemons; for limes we'd recommend our matching Taylor's Eye Witness Lime Press, sized for the smaller fruit.
