Stanley FatMax Deep Professional Organiser, 10 Compartments
Ten removable compartments, which is the detail that makes this worth having over a fixed-divider box. Lift out the one you need, take it to the job, bring it back — and the compartments stack together on their own outside the organiser.
The lid is virtually unbreakable and clear, so you can see what is in there without opening it, and it carries a waterproof seal — which keeps out water, and with it rust and the dust that ruins a box of screws left in a van over a winter. The lid is shaped to hold the compartments securely in place so the contents do not swap trays when you carry it on its side.
Two metal latches fasten it, there is a textured plastic handle, and side latches let you clip several organisers together to carry in one go. Body is polypropylene.

Can I take the compartments out?
Yes, all ten. They lift out individually and stack together on their own, so you can bring just the fixings you need to the job.
Will the contents mix if I carry it sideways?
The lid is shaped to press down on the compartments and hold them in place, which is what stops screws hopping between trays.
Is it actually waterproof?
The lid has a waterproof seal, which keeps out rain and damp — and with them the rust that ruins loose fixings. It is a seal, not a submersion rating.
Deep or shallow — which do I want?
Deep for bulkier items: larger fixings, bits, connectors. Shallow suits small flat parts and uses less space in a stack. Stanley make both.
