Judge Sabatier IV 12 Piece Steak Knife & Fork Set
Twelve pieces — six steak knives and six matching forks — which is to say a full table, properly set, with nobody reaching for a bread knife when the beef arrives. It's the sort of set that comes out for birthdays and Christmas and then quietly becomes the one you use every time steak is on.
The blades are X30 CroMoV13 stainless steel with a serrated edge that slices through meat cleanly instead of shredding it, and each piece runs a full-length tang into a riveted POM handle for weight and balance you can feel the moment you pick one up.
They're dishwasher safe and covered by the Judge 25 year guarantee, so this is a set bought once rather than replaced every few years.
