Hoover H-HOB 300 HHG6BRMX 60cm 4 Burner Gas Hob, Stainless Steel
A straightforward 60cm gas hob that does the job properly. Four burners with genuinely different outputs — a rapid at 2.5kW for boiling and searing, two semi-rapids at 1.75kW for most everyday cooking, and an auxiliary at 1.0kW that will hold a sauce at a simmer without catching.
Every burner has an electromagnetic flame failure device. If the flame goes out — a draught through an open door, a pot boiling over — the gas to that burner shuts off on its own rather than filling the room.
Automatic ignition: one turn of the dial lights it, no separate button and no lighter in the drawer. The cast iron pan supports are elongated, one per burner, and go in the dishwasher. Knobs are front-mounted stainless steel, so you are not reaching across a hot pan to adjust a back burner.
It drops into a 560 x 480mm cut-out and sits 35mm into the worktop. LPG conversion jets are in the box.

Yes. It has automatic ignition — turning the control dial lights the burner, with no separate ignition button.
