Harvey & Mason Jingle Bells Musical Christmas Crackers 12 inch, Box of 8
There's a jingle bell in every one of these, and here's the lovely bit — each bell is tuned to a different note. The box comes with musical instructions, so once everyone has pulled theirs the whole table can play a tune together.
It works far better than it has any right to. Eight people, eight notes, and somebody always turns out to be the conductor. They're 12 inch on white printed board with Santa and candy cane designs and red and green raffia ties, with the usual hat, motto and snap in each.

Frequently Asked Questions
What makes them musical?
Every cracker holds a jingle bell, and each bell is tuned to a different note. The instructions in the box show you what to play once everyone has pulled theirs.
Does it still work with fewer than eight at the table?
The eight bells make up the full set of notes, so you'd want a full table for the tune. That said, nothing stops one person holding two.
Is the bell instead of a gift?
The bell is the gift. You still get the paper hat, the motto and the snap in each one.
Have you anything else with a game in it?
We have — kazoo crackers with a guess-the-tune game, and Santa's Present Dash with a pull-back racer and a racetrack.
Is there an age restriction on crackers?
There is — crackers contain snaps, so they can't be sold to anyone under 12. They're also marked as not suitable for children under 36 months because of the small parts inside, and adult supervision is advised when they're being pulled.
