Faithfull Long Barrel Foam Spurt Gun, 500mm
Applying expanding foam straight off the canister straw is messy, wasteful and hard to control. A foam gun gives you a trigger and a flow adjuster, so you lay down the amount you actually want — which matters when you are filling round a door frame and have to live with the result.
This one has an extra-long 500mm barrel for cavities and gaps you cannot otherwise reach: up behind a frame, down a wall void, into a pipe penetration. It takes standard 500ml and 750ml gun-grade polyurethane canisters, the pressurised type with the threaded collar.
The barrel is hermetically sealed when you release the trigger, so the foam in the gun does not cure between jobs, and there is a stainless steel needle to make cleaning out easier when it does need it.

Which foam canisters does it take?
Standard gun-grade polyurethane canisters in 500ml and 750ml — the pressurised type with a screw collar, not the hand-held cans with a plastic straw.
Will the foam set inside the gun?
Not between uses: the barrel seals hermetically when you let go of the trigger. Leave a canister on it and the gun stays ready. Clean it with gun cleaner when you take the canister off for good.
Why the long barrel?
Reach. A 500mm barrel gets foam up behind a frame, down a wall cavity or into a penetration you could not otherwise place it accurately.
How do I control how much comes out?
The flow adjuster knob sets the maximum output and the trigger does the rest. Set it low for a neat bead round a frame and open it up for filling a void.
