Faithfull CrV Flush Cut Wood Multi-Tool Blade 68mm Side Set, Universal Fit
A 68mm chrome vanadium wood blade for an oscillating multi-tool. This is the side set version: the teeth are set out to either side of the blade body, and Faithfull describe it as giving a fine, straight cut.
That is the difference between this and the ground set 68mm blade sitting beside it. Side set is the tidier cut and the one to use where the edge will be seen – cutting back a flush skirting, trimming a door lining, letting in a repair piece. The ground set blade is the fast one.
It cuts soft wood, plastics, plasterboard, plastic pipe and similar materials. Chrome vanadium is a wood steel, not a metal-cutting steel – for copper or aluminium pipe, sheet metal or profiles, use one of the bi-metal blades in this range. One blade supplied.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this fit a Starlock multi-tool?
No. This blade uses the OIS universal fitting, which fits OIS machines only. Newer Bosch and Fein tools built around Starlock will not take it. It works the other way round - a Starlock blade will fit an OIS machine - but not this way.
Will this blade fit my multi-tool?
It uses the universal OIS fitting, the standard accessory mount on most oscillating multi-tools. Faithfull list it as compatible with many multi-function oscillating power tools.
Side set or ground set – which 68mm blade do I want?
Side set, this one, is the fine straight cut. Ground set, code FAIMFW68G, is the fast cut. Those are Faithfull’s own words for the two. Take the side set where the cut will be visible and the ground set where you just want through the timber.
Can I cut metal with this blade?
No. This is a chrome vanadium wood blade, made for soft wood, plastics, plasterboard and plastic pipe. For copper or aluminium pipe, sheet metal or profiles, use one of the Faithfull bi-metal blades in this range – the 10mm, 22mm or 32mm.
How many blades do I get?
One. Faithfull sell this blade singly under code FAIMFW68.
