Ten discs in a tin, not one — which is how anyone who cuts steel regularly buys them, and the tin keeps the rest flat and undamaged until you need them. A cracked or chipped disc is a disc you cannot use.
These are Inox discs, for all types of steel including stainless. At 1.2mm thick they are the thin cutting type: a thin disc cuts faster, wastes less material and puts less heat into the work, which is what keeps stainless from discolouring at the cut.
The abrasive is a professional grade aluminium oxide formulation for an aggressive cutting action and a long life, with reinforced fibreglass and a premium resin bond holding it together at speed.

How many discs do I get?
Ten, supplied in a tin.
What does Inox mean?
It is the European term for stainless. An Inox disc is formulated without the iron, sulphur and chlorine that contaminate stainless and cause it to rust at the cut afterwards.
Can I grind with a cutting disc?
No. A 1.2mm cutting disc is for cutting only — putting side load on it is how discs shatter. Use a thicker grinding disc for grinding.
Will they fit my grinder?
115mm with a 22.23mm bore is the standard size for a 115mm (4.5in) angle grinder. Always check the disc's rated speed is at least as high as your grinder's.
Do I need eye protection?
Yes — goggles rather than glasses, plus hearing protection. Cutting steel throws sparks and fragments at speed.
