Crystalex Claudia Wine Glasses 455ml, Pack of 6
This is the big one. At 455ml and 17.2cm tall, the largest Claudia wine glass gives a good red proper room to breathe — pour a modest measure, give it a swirl, and let the evening slow down a bit.
The Claudia shape has been made in Bohemia since 1974: a clean blown bowl on a faceted, diamond-cut stem that picks up the light from a candle or an overhead lamp and scatters it across the tablecloth. It is the sort of glass that makes an ordinary Tuesday dinner feel like something.
Made in the Czech Republic from lead-free crystalline glass, with laser-cut and fire-polished rims, and dishwasher safe — so a set of six can live in the everyday cupboard rather than the good press.
Also in the Claudia range: Wine Glasses 340ml, Small Wine Glasses 150ml, Champagne Flutes 180ml and Brandy Glasses 250ml — all sharing the same faceted stem, so they mix beautifully on one table.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are they dishwasher safe?
Yes. These are plain, undecorated glasses and Crystalex list the Claudia range as dishwasher safe. A low-temperature cycle with a mild detergent is recommended, and it helps to load them so they are not knocking against other items.
Is 455ml too big for everyday use?
Not at all — the capacity is the size of the bowl, not the measure you pour. A larger bowl simply leaves air above the wine so the aroma can gather. If you would prefer something a little more compact, the same glass is available in 340ml.
Is this lead crystal?
No. Claudia is made from lead-free crystalline glass in the Czech Republic — machine-made rather than hand-cut lead crystal. You get the clarity and sparkle of Bohemian glass with none of the lead content.
How many glasses are included?
Six glasses in total.
Can I buy matching flutes and brandy glasses?
Yes. The Claudia range also includes 180ml champagne flutes, 250ml brandy glasses, and wine glasses in 150ml and 340ml — all with the same faceted stem.
