Some glasses earn their place on the table year after year. Claudia has been made in Bohemia since 1974 — a clean blown bowl set on a faceted, diamond-cut stem that catches every bit of candlelight — and it still looks right whether the table is laid properly or you are just sitting down with a takeaway and a good bottle.
At 340ml and 16.6cm tall, this is the everyday size: generous enough to swirl a red, neat enough that it does not dominate a small table. Six of them means a full table of friends, and a spare or two for the night that runs on.
Made in the Czech Republic from lead-free crystalline glass, with laser-cut and fire-polished rims, and dishwasher safe — which is really the point. Lovely glasses you will actually use.
Also in the Claudia range: Wine Glasses 455ml, Small Wine Glasses 150ml, Champagne Flutes 180ml and Brandy Glasses 250ml — all sharing the same faceted stem, so they mix beautifully on one table.

Are they dishwasher safe?
Yes. These are plain, undecorated glasses and Crystalex list the Claudia range as dishwasher safe. A low-temperature cycle with a mild detergent is recommended, and it helps to load them so they are not knocking against other items.
How does 340ml compare to the 455ml Claudia glass?
340ml is the classic all-rounder — fine for white, red or rosé and a comfortable size on a smaller table. The 455ml glass has a bigger bowl with more room to swirl, which suits fuller reds. Both share the same stem, so they look right side by side.
Is this lead crystal?
No. Claudia is made from lead-free crystalline glass in the Czech Republic — machine-made rather than hand-cut lead crystal. You get the clarity and sparkle of Bohemian glass with none of the lead content.
How many glasses are included?

Can I buy matching flutes and brandy glasses?
