The Anker SOLIX S2000 is a serious portable power station built around a 2,010Wh LiFePO4 (LFP) battery – the safer, longer-lasting chemistry Anker chooses over the ordinary lithium-ion cells found in cheaper units. LiFePO4 cells are rated by Anker to withstand 10,000 charge cycles to 60% capacity, translating to an estimated 15 years of regular use.
At its core is a 1,500W continuous inverter with a 3,000W peak/surge rating, delivering clean pure sine wave AC through eight output ports – enough to run power tools, fridges, medical equipment or a full home office setup during a power cut. Recharging is equally quick: Anker's UltraFast Mode can take the S2000 from empty to full in around 1.5 hours from the mains, while a 400W solar array can carry it from 20-80% in roughly 3-4 hours of good sun.
Built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connect to Anker's companion app for live monitoring and remote control, and a sub-10-millisecond UPS switchover means it can sit between the mains and sensitive electronics as a genuine uninterruptible power supply.
