The EvoRad is the true evolution of the classic finned radiator thanks to its unique fin construction giving it a premium design aesthetic.  It boasts superfast warm up times when compared to oil filled equivalents thanks to its patented Thermocore Oil-free technology which offers up to 18% energy savings compared to traditional Oil-filled radiators*.

In addition as there is no oil it is an eco-friendly alternative to oil filled radiators. This EvoRad model features electronic climate control which has a highly accurate thermostat that can be adjusted in 1 degree Celsius increments and incorporates an easy to read and class leading large colour touch control LED display.  The EvoRad comes pre-set with a clever intelligent eco heat mode which enables the radiator to work out the most efficient way of reaching the desired temperature set point.  This feature is designed to save time and money by avoiding continuous adjustment of the thermostat or power levels often associated on more rudimentary radiators. In addition to the control panel,  this EvoRad model can be controlled via smartphone (Android or iOS) from the comfort of your armchair thanks to its Bluetooth connectivity enabling easy programming of the 7 day timer (4 programme periods), boost heat timer, temperature control and adaptive start.  The adaptive start timer setting, is a self learning feature that pre-heats the room ahead of a programmed heating schedule for only exactly the amount of time required so it is at the right temperature at the start of the schedule.  So for example, if the EvoRad was following a timer which was set to 21 degrees at 7am, with adaptive start the heater will begin to heat before 7am to achieve 21 degrees at 7am, without adaptive start the EvoRad will only begin heating at 7am.

Portability is easier thanks to non slip, non scratch easy glide castors, dual integrated carry handles (conveniently at either end) and as it is oil free, lighter than oil filled direct equivalents.  Other features include integral cable tidy and a premium anthracite finish with metallic fleck to enhance desirability further.

Safety is paramount, with overheat protection and tilt switch system fitted which cuts the power if accidently knocked over.  Again thanks to its patented oil free technology there are no risks of leaks or ruptures.  The EvoRad has been independently approved to Europe's highest product safety standard (BEAB certification) and comes with a 5 year guarantee (registration required). * Based on a 2kW EvoRad heating a room from 9°C to 22°C then switched off versus equivalent 2kW Oil-filled column radiator.

Delivery Terms for Appliances and Old Appliance Removal

If you purchase a washing machine or any other appliance and request the removal of your old appliance, please specify this in the comment section at checkout. Ensure that your old appliance is disconnected and placed outside the premises, ready for collection.

Please note that our drivers can only deliver to your doorstep and are not permitted to enter your property.

Returns Policy

Damaged and Faulty Goods

If your goods are damaged or faulty, we will replace the goods free of charge. If you do not want a replacement, delivery charges may be incurred to collect the item from you. Do not install any damaged items. This counts as acceptance of goods and the item is then non-returnable and non-refundable. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, please contact us by emailing websales@beattys.ie or by phone on (091) 841403. In the event that goods are received in a damaged state please retain the product together with any packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. In the case of an item being faulty we may require an inspection by a manufacturer's qualified engineer to be carried out on the item in the location where it is installed. This is so the nature of the fault can be ascertained before we can arrange for a replacement.

All products leave our premises in perfect condition. The customer must notify the carrier (or postman) of even the slightest trace of damage (holes, signs of crushing, etc.) to the parcel, and refuse the package if necessary.

Unwanted Goods

Do not install or use any unwanted items. This counts as acceptance of goods and the item is then non-returnable and non-refundable. You have a statutory right to return unopened goods up to 14 days after receiving your order (“the cooling off period”) and then a further 14 days to return the products. If you are not ordering a replacement, a charge may be incurred to collect the item from you. You must notify us of your wish to cancel within 14 days, starting the day after delivery. You have the choice of returning the goods via your own means ( Beattys of Loughrea, Church Street, Loughrea, Co. Galway) or requesting that we collect them. If you request collection, we will collect the goods on the next available date that one of our delivery vehicles is in your area. You have a duty of care while the goods are in your possession and we reserve the right to charge you for any damage that may have occurred during this period.

We reserve the right to apply re-handling charges for returned items under some circumstances:

  • The goods received back are 'as new' but incomplete; i.e. missing components and/or accessories.
  • The returned products are missing their original packaging.
  • The cancellation was requested after the 14 day notification period.

 We do not accept returns and will not provide refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The goods you wish to return are in any condition other than 'as new'.
  • The goods have been installed and/or used.
  • Cables have been cut or terminated.

Refunds will be reimbursed within 30 working days of the cancellation date.
