How will my sauna or ice bath be delivered?

Your sauna or ice bath will be delivered directly to you by our specialist supplier. Standard delivery is kerbside, meaning your order will be delivered to an accessible point outside your property.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is generally estimated at 6–11 working days, subject to stock availability and delivery location. You will be contacted to arrange delivery.

Is delivery included in the price?

Standard delivery is included for eligible orders within the Republic of Ireland. Any additional delivery charges, where applicable, will be confirmed before your order is completed.

Do saunas and ice baths require assembly or installation?

Assembly and setup requirements vary depending on the product. Our traditional saunas are mains-wired and must be connected by a Registered Electrical Contractor (REC) registered with Safe Electric — in Ireland this is classed as Restricted Electrical Work, and your contractor will issue you a Completion Certificate for it. Our infrared saunas, ice baths and chillers plug into a standard socket and need no electrical work.
