Stellar Olive Wood Salad Server Set of 2
Some things at the table should feel warm to the hand rather than cold. These two olive wood servers do exactly that — lifted out for a big bowl of salad in the middle of the table on a summer evening, or passed around with a roast on a Sunday.
They're crafted from strong olive wood and finished with oil and beeswax for heat and stain resistance. Olive wood is naturally antibacterial, and being wood, the servers are gentle on non-stick pans too — so they earn their keep well beyond the salad bowl.
Olive wood is a natural material, so the grain and colouring of each pair are slightly different. These are hand wash only — don't soak them, dry them straight away, and give them an occasional coat of mineral oil to keep them looking well.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can they go in the dishwasher?
No. These are hand wash only. Don't leave them to soak, and dry them straight away rather than leaving them on the draining board.
How do I look after olive wood?
Wash by hand, dry immediately, and give them an occasional coat of mineral oil. That keeps the wood from drying out and holds the colour.
Will they scratch my pans?
They won't — wood is gentle on non-stick surfaces, which is one reason a wooden server is worth having beside the hob as well as on the table.
Why does the wood look different from the photo?
Olive wood is a natural material with a strong, irregular grain, so no two pieces are identical. The pair you receive will have its own markings and colouring.
