It actually walks. This Imperial AT-AT does not roll along on hidden wheels - it marches forward on four moving legs, turns left and right, swivels its head and lights up its laser cannons, with battle sound effects to go with it.
At around 33 cm it has real presence on a bedroom floor or a shelf, and the 2-channel 2.4 GHz remote is simple enough for a child to pick up in a minute. Jada Toys recommend it for ages 6 and over.
Best of all for anyone wrapping it on Christmas Eve: every battery is in the box. Four AA batteries for the walker and two AAA for the remote are all supplied, so it is ready to march straight out of the packaging.
