A proper big crepe pan — 30cm of flat, shallow cooking surface with barely any lip, so a thin French-style crepe spreads out the full width and comes away from the pan in one clean piece. If pancakes in your house are a production line rather than a novelty, this is the size to have.
Hard anodised aluminium makes the body far tougher than ordinary non-stick pans, and the Teflon Platinum Plus non-stick coating is scratch resistant and carries its own 10 year warranty. The induction ready base spreads heat evenly right to the rim, which matters on a pan this wide — no cold ring around the outside where the batter stays pale.
The long cast stainless steel handle keeps your hand well back from the heat while you tilt and swirl, it is oven safe, and it is covered by the Stellar Lifetime Guarantee.
