The tray that came with the cooker is usually the first thing to buckle or rust through. This is the one you replace it with. A 39 x 25 x 5cm enamel grill tray with a chromed rack that sits above it, so the fat drips away and the sausages and rashers crisp instead of stewing.
The hardwearing enamel coating is what makes it worth having. It wipes clean, it doesn't stain the way bare steel does, and it goes in the dishwasher afterwards. A detachable handle clips on to slide the tray in and out of a hot grill, then comes off again for storage.
