Noma Spectrum 2.7m Remote Control Flexi Wire Tree
This is the piece that does the whole front of a house on its own. It stands 2.7m tall and a metre across at the base, built from 410 LEDs on flexible wire branches that hold their shape once you have bent them, so you decide the silhouette rather than the box.
The remote is where it earns its name. It has forty-four buttons covering colour, effect, brightness, speed and a music-sync mode, and an 8 hour timer so the tree comes on and goes off on its own once it is set. An illuminated star sits on top.
A 10m lead means the transformer can stay a long way back from the tree. That matters: the tree itself is IP44 and rated for outdoors, but the transformer is IP20 and must be kept indoors or inside a weatherproof connection box.
