This one runs on DeWalt's 54V XR FLEXVOLT platform with a brushless motor, so there is no lead to run out and nothing to trip over on a wet floor.

It has two handles, which is what you want when a full bucket of plaster grabs the paddle. Speed is set on a five position dial rather than by feathering the trigger, so you can drop it down for the initial wetting and bring it up once the mix is moving.

The spindle is a standard M14 thread, so it takes other paddles as well as the 160mm one supplied, and two wrenches come with it for changing them. DeWalt rates it for plaster, render and epoxy.

This is the full kit rather than a bare tool. Two DCB547 FLEXVOLT batteries and a DCB118 fast charger are included, along with the paddle and a carry bag.

Product Details

54V XR FLEXVOLT brushless motor

Five speed settings on a variable speed dial

Twin handles for control under load

Standard M14 spindle thread, so it takes other paddles

160mm mixing paddle supplied, with a centre pull-down swirl design

Two DCB547 XR FLEXVOLT batteries and a DCB118 fast charger included

Two paddle wrenches and a carry bag supplied

Rated by DeWalt for plaster, render and epoxy

Specifications

Model: DCD240X2-GB

Voltage: 54V XR FLEXVOLT

Motor: Brushless

Speed Settings: 5, on a variable speed dial

Spindle Thread: M14

Maximum Paddle Diameter: 160mm

Paddle Supplied: 160mm, centre pull-down swirl design

Batteries Supplied: 2 x DCB547 XR FLEXVOLT (9.0Ah at 18V, 3.0Ah at 54V)

Charger Supplied: DCB118 fast charger

Weight: 5.1kg without battery

Sound Pressure Level: 76 dB(A)

Sound Power Level: 87 dB(A)

Vibration: Less than 2.5 m/s²

Also Supplied: Two paddle wrenches, two screws and a carry bag

Brand: DeWalt

Perfect For

Plasterers and dry-liners mixing on site

Tile and floor adhesives, and levelling compounds

Epoxy and resin work

Sites with no power connected yet

Anyone already running DeWalt 18V XR or 54V FLEXVOLT batteries

Jobs where a trailing lead is a hazard

Explore Our Hardware & DIY Collection

More tools and DIY at Beattys of Loughrea:

Power Tools

Drills

General DIY

DIY Hand Tools

Building Supplies

Cement and Plaster

Visit Us In Store

Call in to us in Loughrea, Co.
